Having 20+ years corporate experience she now runs her own coaching practice specialising in helping women to reconnect with their true identity, step into their own space, own their life, say No to things that don't serve them, know what they want and go out and make it happen by becoming more assertive, through her signature programme, Woman Up.

Ladies Life Lounge is all about turning the notion of “pretty” on its head, so women can be known for the value and contribution they make, not just what they look like.
The club does this by providing development in the form of online learning modules, downloads & LIVE masterclasses in all aspects of women’s lives through their 7 secrets - Pretty Confident; Pretty Healthy; Pretty Calm; Pretty Assertive; Pretty Ambitious; Pretty Stylish and Pretty Personal. The Lounge also hosts regular retreats for women in luxury destinations such as Croatia & Morocco.
On top of Ladies Life Lounge, Jodie is also co-founder of Womanifest™ - the North’s biggest women’s empowerment & lifestyle show where they bring Ladies Life Lounge to life through a VIP weekend of empowerment, education, entertainment, inspiration, liberation & fun!
In her capacity as an Assertiveness Coach, Jodie specifically works with women in mid-senior leadership positions to help them smash the glass ceiling and navigate the ‘boys club’ mentality. She also works with many female entrepreneurs to help them step into their own space, know what they want and go out and get it. Ladies Life Lounge prides itself on being perfect for any woman, whatever her background or situation - just a woman who wants more from life.
